The COVID-19 virus is not only affecting our physical health but our but mental health too. That is why I encourage everyone to help themselves, their family, friends and work colleagues by spending at least a short time meditating throughout the day.
As little as 6 seconds a few times a day can have enormous benefits. The exercises I have produced are designed to help everyone of all ages.
